1. Eligibility for Wholesale

  • Wholesale accounts are available to businesses, retailers, and verified collectors.

  • You must provide valid business details, including:

    • Business name

    • Tax ID or resale certificate (if applicable)

    • Contact information

2. Minimum Order Requirements

  • A minimum order quantity or minimum purchase amount may apply to wholesale orders.

  • Specific minimums will be communicated during the wholesale account setup or upon inquiry.

3. Pricing & Discounts

  • Wholesale pricing is available exclusively for verified wholesale accounts.

  • Discounts are based on quantity purchased and may vary depending on product availability.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment in full is required at the time of order unless prior arrangements are made.

  • Accepted payment methods include:

    • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)

    • PayPal

  • All payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments or other trusted gateways.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer free shipping for wholesale orders within the United States.

  • Handling time: 1–2 business days

  • Transit time: 3–4 business days

  • Large wholesale orders may require additional handling time, which will be communicated at checkout.

6. Returns & Exchanges

  • Wholesale returns and exchanges are accepted for defective products.

  • Non-defective product returns may be accepted on a case-by-case basis.

  • All returns must be authorized prior to shipping back.

  • Refunds or exchanges will be processed once the returned products are examined.

7. Order Cancellations

  • Wholesale orders can be canceled before shipment at no cost.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled but may be returned under the return policy terms.
