At LCARD.SHOP, we are committed to providing high-quality collectible trading cards and ensuring customer satisfaction. This Warranty & Replacement Policy explains how we handle defective products and replacements.


1. Warranty Coverage

  • Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and damages incurred during shipping.

  • The warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, or accidental damage after delivery.

  • Warranty applies to products purchased directly from LCARD.SHOP only.


2. Replacement Policy

  • If a product is defective or damaged, we will replace it free of charge.

  • Replacements are processed after the returned product has been examined by our team.

  • Replacement requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.


3. How to Request a Replacement

  3. We will provide a prepaid return label for you to send the product back.

  • If a replacement is unavailable, you may choose to receive a full refund instead.

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 24 hours after inspection.


5. Return & Shipping Costs

  • All warranty-related returns and replacements are free of charge.

  • Prepaid return labels are provided in all cases.

  • No restocking fees apply.
