At LCARD.SHOP, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your order. This Cancellation Policy explains how and when you can cancel an order placed with us.
1. Order Cancellations (Before Shipment)

You may cancel your order at no cost if it has not yet been shipped.

To cancel, please contact us immediately by email or phone:

If the order is successfully canceled before shipment, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 24 hours.
2. Order Cancellations (After Shipment)

Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

However, you may return the product within 30 days of delivery under our Return & Refund Policy.

All returns are free of charge, with a prepaid return label included in your package.
3. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item instead of canceling, we accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.
4. Non-Cancellable Orders

Custom or special-order items (if applicable in the future) may not be eligible for cancellation once confirmed.

For standard collectible trading cards sold on our website, cancellations are always allowed before shipment.
5. Refund Processing

Approved cancellations and returns are refunded to your original payment method.

Refund processing time: up to 24 hours after confirmation of cancellation or inspection of a returned product.
